The visible-light-induced arylation of tertiary phosphines with aryl(mesityl)iodonium triflates to produce the quaternary phosphonium salts occurs under mild, metal, and catalyst-free conditions. Photo-excited EDA complexes between diaryliodonium salts and phosphines supposedly enable this transformation, which is difficult to achieve through the traditional ground-state reactions. Demonstrating high functional group tolerance, broad scope, and complete selectivity of the aryl group transfer, the method is particularly compatible with sterically congested phosphines, which are challenging under metal-based catalytic methods. 相似文献

The reaction of N,C,N-chelated stibinidene ArSb ( 1 ) (Ar=C6H3-2,6-(CH=NtBu)2) with selected N-alkyl/aryl-maleimides RN(C(O)CH)2 (R=Me, tBu, Ph) gave the addition products with bridged bicyclic [2.2.1] structure containing an antimony atom at the bridgehead position, fused with a 6-membered benzene and a 5-membered N-alkyl/aryl-pyrrolidine ring. These compounds were completely characterized. More importantly, additional studies showed that these reactions are reversible in solution, thereby representing an unprecedented reversible activation of a C=C bond by an antimony(I) compound. 相似文献

A route to the synthesis of novel 5,7-diazapentacenes and some preliminary studies on their properties is reported. A single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the dihexyl derivative showed it had formed a dimer during the analysis. The materials possess lower lying frontier orbitals than pentacene and may have potential applications in organic electronic devices. A concise route for construction of the ACDE ring skeleton in calyciphylline A type alkaloids was developed using an intramolecular [5+2] cycloaddition reaction of an oxidopyrylium species bearing a tetrasubstituted olefin. Key to the success of this reaction was the combination of acid and base, which accelerated the construction of this skeleton containing a spiro ring and vicinal quaternary carbon centers. The reactions of the Mannich reagent Et3SiOCH2NMe2 ( 1 ) with a variety of anilines (mono-substituted RC6H4NH2, R=H, 4-CN, 4-NO2, 4-Ph, 4-Me, 4-MeO, 4-Me2N; di-substituted R2C6H3NH2, R2=3,5-(CH3)2, 3,5-(CF3)2; tri-substituted R3C6H2NH2, R3=3,5-Me2-4-Br and a “super bulky” aniline (Ar*NH2) [Ar*=2,6-bis(diphenylmethyl)-4-tert-butylphenyl]) led to the formation of a range of products dependent upon the substituent. With electron-withdrawing substituents, previously unknown diamines, RC6H4NH(CH2NMe2) [R=CN ( 2 a ), NO2 ( 2 b )] and R2C6H3NH(CH2NMe2) [R2=3,5-(CF3)2 ( 2 c) ] were formed. Further reaction of 2 a , b , c with 1 yielded the corresponding triamines RC6H4N(CH2NMe2)2 (R=CN ( 3 a ), NO2 ( 3 b ) and R2C6H3N(CH2NMe2)2, R2=3,5-(CF3)2 ( 3 c ). The new polyamines were characterized by NMR spectroscopy, and for 2 a , 2 c , and 3 c , by single crystal XRD. In the case of electron-donating groups, R=4-OMe, 4-NMe2, 4-Me, 3,5-Me2, 3,5-Me2-4-Br, and for R=4-Ph, the reactions with 1 immediately led to the formation of the related 1,3,5-triazines, R=4-MeO ( 5 a ), 4-Me2N ( 5 b ), 4-Me ( 5 c ), 3,5-Me2 ( 5 d ), 3,5-Me2-4-Br ( 5 e ), 4-Ph ( 5 f ), 4-Cl ( 5 g ). The “super bulky” aniline rapidly produced a single product, namely the corresponding imine Ar*N=CH2 ( 4 ) which was also characterized by single crystal XRD. Imine 4 is both thermally and oxidatively stable. All reactions are very fast, thus based upon the presence of Si we are tempted to denote the reactions of 1 as examples of “Silick” chemistry. 相似文献

A new germanosilicate zeolite named SCM-15 (Sinopec Composite Material No. 15), the first zeolite containing a 3-dimensional (3D) channel system with interconnected 12-, 12-, and 10-ring channels (pore sizes: 6.1×7.2, 6.1×7.4, and 5.2×5.9 Å), has been synthesized using neutral 4-pyrrolidinopyridine as organic structure-directing agents (OSDAs). Its structure has been determined by combining single-crystal electron diffraction (SCED) and synchrotron powder X-ray diffraction (SPXD) data. The unique open framework structure of SCM-15 is related to that of FOS-5 ( BEC ), ITQ-7 ( ISV ), PKU-16 ( POS ), ITQ-26 ( IWS ), ITQ-21, Beta polymorph B, and SU-78B, since all these framework structures can be constructed from similar chains which are connected through shared 4-ring or double 4-ring (d4r) units. Based on this relation, six topologically reasonable 3D large or extra-large pore hypothetical zeolites are predicted. 相似文献

We here report the construction of an E. coli expression system able to manufacture an unnatural amino acid by artificial biosynthesis. This can be orchestrated with incorporation into protein by amber stop codon suppression inside a living cell. The selective transformation of C?H bonds is one of the most desirable approaches to creating complexity from simple building blocks. Several directing groups are efficient in controlling the regioselectivity of catalytic C?H bond functionalizations. Among them, carboxylic acids are particularly advantageous, since they are widely available in great structural diversity and at low cost. The carboxylate directing groups can be tracelessly cleaved or may serve as the anchor point for further functionalization through decarboxylative couplings. This Minireview summarizes the substantial progress made in the last few years in the development of reactions in which carboxylate groups direct C?H bond functionalizations with formation of C?C, C?O, C?N, or C?halogen bonds at specific positions. It is divided into sections on C?C, C?O, C?N, and C?halogen bond formation, each of which is subdivided by reactions and product classes. Particular emphasis is placed on methods that enable multiple derivatizations by combining carboxylate‐directed C?H functionalization with decarboxylative couplings. 相似文献
